WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Physical Pillar

This retreat brings you back into the intelligence of your body. Through movement, play, dance and embodiment practices, you reconnect with vitality and strength. Nourishing food and a deep relationship with the land support your system to settle, while breath-led grounding helps regulate your energy. You’ll also have space for rest and recovery, allowing your body to integrate the work with ease.

Emotional Pillar

You are guided into safe emotional expression and release. Heart-Opening Breathwork, energetic clearing and structured sharing circles create a container where grief, anger, joy and vulnerability can move freely. You’ll learn tools for emotional regulation, building self-awareness and trust in your own inner landscape. This pillar supports you in meeting yourself with honesty and compassion.

Mental Pillar

Your understanding of self, pattern and purpose is expanded through clear frameworks and teachings. Masculine and Feminine energetic education offers insight into the forces shaping your actions and relationships. Reflection practices, journalling prompts and guided inquiry help you recognise conditioning, shift limiting beliefs and create deeper mental clarity. This pillar strengthens perspective, focus and inner alignment.

Relational Pillar

Transformation is amplified in community. With trained facilitators offering guidance, you are supported in practising communication, boundaries, and presence. Group processes and trust-building exercises cultivate brotherhood, honest feedback, and relational integrity. This pillar strengthens your capacity to lead, connect, and hold yourself with accountability within a group of men committed to growth.

Spiritual Pillar

Ritual and ceremony open the door to connection with something larger than the everyday mind. Time with the land, moments of stillness and guided inner listening invite a deeper sense of meaning and belonging. This pillar nurtures intuition, reverence, and the unseen dimensions of your journey, allowing you to meet the retreat as both a personal and spiritual initiation.

A MESSAGE FROM

MEN OF EARTH FOUNDER

CHRIS GEISLER I MENS COACH, TRAUMA-INFORMED FACILITATOR

“Thank you for being here. I’m grateful you’re taking a moment to read this as I try to express what these experiences truly hold. My own path into this work began over a decade ago, shaped by challenge, devotion, and a deep commitment to becoming the man I needed to be. Stepping into the unknown has been the catalyst for every major shift in my life, and it’s often the doorway to real change.

These retreats are special, they are curated with a lot of intention and not everyone who applies will get the opportunity to come, this is vital to creating a container that has the best chance of transformation.

I have dedicated the last decade to this work, so we call each other back to sovereignty & leadership. If you are ready to become the man you know you can be, then let’s go”

More on my story
A group of people, mostly men, inside a tent at a gathering. The central figure is a man with a shaved head in a sleeveless black shirt with the logo 'Men of Earth.' Others are around him, some smiling, with a decorative pole and fabric visible in the background.

NOBODY BENEFITS WHEN

YOU PLAY SMALL

It can be a lonely process when you are ready to step into the Man you know you can be!

There is a period of time that every man who wants to become more will face, and that’s the time alone — for letting go, for transitioning, for standing for more and creating new standards for himself. Becoming the man you’re meant to be will cost you the boy who needed to be liked. Your friendships will change, but you will deepen the ones that truly matter. You will draw closer to men who are walking the same path, who call you higher, who hold you accountable, and who recognise the man you’re becoming.

That can be the price of building something great.

FAQ’s

  • No prior experience is required, however if you are new to this work, we will conclude together if this space will be suitable for. Although our retreats are designed to meet men exactly where they are. Whether you’re new to personal development and group work or have years of experience, all practices and processes are guided with clarity and support so you can participate at your own pace. We do recommend doing LV1 before LV2 but this is up to you.

  • Your personal experience and any material you share are treated with strict confidentiality. Participants agree to a shared standard: what is spoken in the space stays in the space. No stories, names, or personal disclosures are carried outside the group without explicit consent.

  • CONFIDENTIALITY

What is said and seen here stays here, you donʼt have permission to tell another persons story inside or outside of the container.

We take photos and videos of our trainings to a) normalise people doing the work and expressing emotions b) to promote ‘Men Of Earth’ so we can impact more people positively c) people often love having something to remember the experience. If you do not want to be filmed at any point please notify our media team and they will avoid filming you, we will also check before posting anything vulnerable on social media.

    HONESTY

The more honest you are with yourself and others the more you will get out of this training. Being honest can be challenging and confronting, we invite you to meet that edge and avoid being hard on yourself if in some areas it takes some time. If something is worrying or concerning you, reach out to one of the core facilitator team, donʼt hold it.

    OWNERSHIP

Take ownership over your thoughts, words and actions and the impact they have on you, others and the land.

Speak with “Iˮ statements especially when expressing thoughts and feelings.

If an issue arises with someone in the container we ask you to take ownership over solving it in a kind, compassionate and clear way. If you need support then raise it to one of the core facilitator team.

    INTEGRITY

We do not accept racism, homophobia, misogyny or any type of prejudice in our containers. However this work is here to support the growth of the people here, if these are present and participants are open to explore held beliefs, it’s important we hold space for this.

No sex with self or other during the duration of the training, we ask you to hold the energy we are cultivating individually and collectively (this also applies to couples).

No using drugs or alcohol during the duration of the training. No using psychoactive plant medicines during the duration of the training.

If you use non psychoactive plants such as Hapeh or Mambe we ask that you use them alone and in private, not in the open container. We leave the land better than you found it, tidy up after yourself, be helpful and proactive at holding a sacred space.

    CONSENT

We are creating a container where we want human connection to flow freely and naturally, at the same time we ask everyone to use self-awareness when it comes to consent, for example:

If someone has had a process ask them if they want to talk about it before opening up a conversation, they may want time to integrate before discussing it. Check in before touching / embracing someone if you think they may not want it in that moment.

    EXPRESSION

We invite you to lean into your true and full expression with your voice, movement and emotions during the container.

We are all unique and from different backgrounds, we ask you to accept other peoples expression as much as your own.

  • The retreat is facilitated by experienced practitioners skilled in holding emotional processes, somatic work and grounded support. If strong emotions arise, you will be met with care, guidance and options for stepping out, receiving 1:1 presence, or finding regulation. You are never required to push beyond your limits. All participants will be sent a mandatory form before so we access where everyone is, emotionally, mentally and physically.

  • Men from all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences are welcome. The environment is held with openness, respect and cultural sensitivity. The focus is on shared humanity, with an understanding that each participant’s path and story are unique.

  • You will be sharing a room unless you require private space, please speak to the team upon booking. The rooms are comfortable and designed to support rest and reflection.

  • Each day blends structured sessions with spacious time for rest, integration and personal reflection. We don’t reveal the schedule unless it is asked for, it’s important for us to change as we see fit as the week unfolds.

The schedule is intentional but not overwhelming. You will always have space to decompress and integrate.

  • To ensure depth, safety and personal attention, spaces are limited and not everyone who applies will join. Groups are intentionally kept small enough to maintain intimacy while still benefiting from collective energy. Exact numbers vary but you can expect 10-15 in Total.

  • To integrity in the container, deepen presence whilst respecting confidentiality:

    • Our media team will be documenting the experience, but honouring the needs of participants should they arise.

    • No content will be shared publicly without consent.

    • Facilitators will also take some photography / filming.

    • Phone use is discouraged and may be restricted to designated times or areas.

    • Participants are invited into a temporary digital detox to support full immersion.

Any exceptions will be communicated clearly.

  • REFUND POLICY

The participant understands that payment for a ticket or entry credential may be eligible for a partial refund if canceled according to the following terms: if canceled 30 days or more before the beginning of the event, Men Of Earth will refund the payment.
