OUR DIVERSITY STATEMENT

Our retreats are built on the principle that every man deserves a place to be seen, heard, and supported without judgement. We welcome and honour diversity in all its forms, — including race, ethnicity, age, sexuality, gender expression within the context of men’s work, disability, neurodiversity, nationality, faith, and life experience.

This work recognises that no two journeys are the same. Each man arrives with his own history, identity, and personal landscape. We strive to create an environment where those differences are not only accepted but valued as essential expressions of our collective humanity.

Our facilitation team is committed to:

  • Holding a space of psychological safety, respect, and cultural sensitivity.

  • Meeting each participant as an individual without assumptions or stereotypes.

  • Remaining aware of the diverse stories and contexts men bring into the room.

  • Ensuring all processes, invitations and group dynamics are accessible and inclusive.

  • Addressing any behaviour that compromises the safety or dignity of others.

We believe that when men gather with openness and mutual respect, diversity strengthens the work. It deepens the conversations, broadens our understanding, and builds a community rooted in compassion rather than conformity.

Everyone who identifies as a man and feels called to this work is welcome here.
